In the middle of winter my heater decided to go out, It took Waylon all of five minutes to diagnose the problem. The computer board was bad, but he figured out how to keep my heater running until the new one arrived. Hardwick Heating and Air, IS extremely knowledgeable in his profession. I WILL always recommend Hardwick Heating and Air.
Waylon is very personable. He will show you exactly what’s going on, explain how it happened and how to prevent it in the future. He is quick to get you on the books and is right on time. Thank you, again.
Gentleman came to my house at 10 o'clock at night for a service call. He was here within 15 minutes. Quality customer service, and even gave me tips on what to look for before having to call a professional. Will definitely be referring them to everyone. Highly recommended.
Excellent service! Honest, prompt, attentive. Gave me great advice. Replaced my whole system in 1 day. Hauled 2 old furnaces out of my attic. Great guys!
These guys know what they're doing! They were very knowledgeable and were able to diagnose the issue quickly to get the heat back into our house just in time! They did some work on my outside AC unit previously and were quick and efficient then, too. Definitely my go to for heating and air!
