Fixed my cord, gave me new grounding screws, new posts for my motherboard and didn’t charge me a dime. Tried to give him 5$ he wouldn’t accept. What kind of business charges people to "fix" their computer, replaced ALL the parts, and still doesnt fix it?? Seriously, if you're gunna charge thousands of dollars to fix something, maybe you should make sure that product actually works. Businesses like you get taken to court! I cant believe that you charged my mother thousands of dollars to fix a computer and its still fricking broke with the same issue! and you dont bother to give her credit, return her money, guarantee her parts for longer since you've had the computer for longer than 30 days! Customer is 99.9% always right. Maybe you should rethink your business etiquette because you g... Tyler did an excellent job getting my photo memory card out from inside my laptop. Their price was reasonable too.
