My husband and I needed to replace the decking and hand railing of our existing deck and decided to add stairs. I wish we had found Harbor Deck and Fence from the beginning! Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with our first decking contractor and had to fire them mid-project. When we reached out to Harbor Deck, they were one of the only companies willing to take on our project because another contractor has already done work. Both John and Adam with Harbor Deck come out to our home multiple times to provide us an accurate bid and to ensure they understood our vision for our deck. The quote was fair/reasonable for the scope of the work.
Once Harbor Deck and Fence began working on our deck, they were efficient, friendly, and frequently checked in to ensure we were satisfied with their work. I have included photos to highlight their workmanship. Our hand railing is not only beautiful but extremely sturdy and safe. The decking and stairs are installed to code and provide us amazing functionality. John did a final deck walk through and quickly sent out his team to complete the few preferential adjustments we requested. I have no doubt that if an issue were to come up, Harbor Deck and Fence would stand behind their work. Again, I highly recommend their services.

I had a very good experience with this deck company. John was very professional throughout the entire process. He gave a very reasonable price, and the deck was finished two weeks ahead of schedule. I went with a cedar deck that included demolition and removal of the older deck. The cedar turned out beautifully. They allowed me to be specific with my design and adjustments throughout construction. I can't recommend them more for your deck.

Our biggest issue is now we want the rest of our fence to look as good as the parts they did.
