Called to see if I could get a car key cut that I said already had but just needed cutting because my key fell apart and I bought a new shell with a blank already attached, was told on the phone that I could bring in the key and a manager would look at the style to see if they can cut it only to be immediately told upon asking in store if they could cut it that they cannot cut anything ‘brought in yourself’ and they order all the keys. Me and my girlfriend came in tonight to buy some silver polish. When we asked for help finding it, an employee kindly showed us where it was — but then we noticed staff watching us from around the corner as if we were about to steal something. We tried to ignore it, but they were even talking over their radios about us, which made the whole experience really uncomfortable. When I mentioned it to one of the workers, they just shrugged it off like our business didn’t matter. Really disappointing experience — we won’t be coming back.

Just returned a lawn aerator that rented for 24 hours. I had set myself an aggressive schedule of eight customers and on the 6th customer the aerator had a small malfunction. I had called to inform them and was told that there wasn't any other available ones. I told them that I was able to repair it myself (chain connecting axle to motor slipped off) and to their credit they trusted me to do the repair and I was able to finish all but one when I was up against time.
