My refrigerator all of a sudden stopped cooling and freezing. Called Mike and he came over the day I called. Thought it may be the circuit board so put a new board on it. That did not fix the issue. Called him back and he came over on his off day to evaluate the situation again. This time he said it was the main fan and replaced the main fan. Had the part on his truck. Gave me my old circuit board back and issued me a refund. Mike is very professional and I trust him. I will definitely use him again in the future. You won’t be disappointed in his service. This guy is top notch. I called and told him what was going on with my 17 year old refrigerator with water accumulating in the crisper bins and under the bottom bins. I had troubleshooted this online and basically knew what was going on; I just wanted to know if he thought it was worth repairing. He said the fix was a simple one, but there was no way of knowing if it would ice up again and he explained why. Based on that, Mike gave me a price based on what I had reported, but said again that the problem might reoccur. Since I was not ready to purchase a new appliance at this time, I asked for the repair to be done. He was 30 mins away and ca...This guy is top notch.
