Recently we had Handy Bikes install e-assist on one of our recumbent trikes. We weren’t familiar with them but someone suggested we try them for the install. Not only did they do a great job with the install, but the customer service was incredible! Pete kept us abreast of the progress with periodic text messages and any questions we had were answered thoroughly. When we picked up the completed trike, we were given one-on-one instruction and ample time for test riding. They did a great job on the install! We were never rushed and always treated as if we were the most important customers they had.
