Leo, the owner, is very professional and knowledgeable in this field. He came highly recommended by friends and family members. Fast, excellent service and good pricing. I dropped my external hard drive and they recovered the data and had it back to me in 3 business days for $130. Leo was very polite, professional and very helpful throughout our interaction. Highly recommend this business
Shoutout to HR Computer Gurus. My dads desktop got fried from a power spike, I got it to power up again, but it was held hostage to an MS Outlook login/password that didn't exist and we couldn't get it going (likely a hack job). They expressed that this was unusual, but figured out how to bypass it and he is up and running again. Excellent work, perfect results, extremely fair pricing, and ultimate customer service and professionalism. 100% recommend.
If I could give 100 stars I would!! Leo is such an amazing person. My laptop keyboard stopped working several years ago (totally my fault for breaking it) and also had an issue with the fans constantly on. I had been dreading bringing it in, as the fan issue is a known issue with this, so I hadn't really used this nice laptop in like 8 years because of that. Leo and his team took a look, and I was blown away by his confidence that he could fix it. A couple parts ordered, and as they worked their magic, they ended up not needing to replace everything they thought they did. Needless to say, the actual cost was much less than quoted! Top... If I could give 100 stars I would!! Leo is such an amazing person.
