They came and attempted to repair our gas wall oven. They thought the wiring may be damaged so they stopped until it could be validated by a licensed electrician. They then returned and were installing the new igniter when they discover a hole in the burner rack. They finally found a “replacement “ part in Canada. Back they came and found that the manufacturer had modified the part so it would not work. You bored yet? In summary Tracy and staff stayed with us through the whole ordeal. They kept our safety at the forefront and charged fairly for time it took. I will use them for all my appliance repairs.

I was visiting my daughter in Waco, she just had a baby. I was helping her with the laundry and the dryer stopped working. My husband tried to get someone to come on some website to repair the dryer. Never heard back from anyone! I was desperate so I got on my phone and found Hammond Services. What caught my eye is that the business is Veteran owned, operated and staffed. I choose the right business to come repaired the dryer, within 2 hours of me calling they showed up, found the issue and ordered the belt it needed and as soon as they received the belt they came right over and installed it. I was hoping I would end up with great service and I would make Hammond Services on of those business you would like to brag about finding. But that sadly wasn’t the case. May 19, 2025 Hammond services came to diagnose the problem with my dryer that was spinning but not heating. May 22, 2025 the invoice was sent for two charges of $135 services fees. One for May 19 and the second one for the future repair date (June 10, 2025). A charge of $66.00 for Heating Element part. A charge of $35.00 for Safety Switch part. I highly recommend Hammond Services for any appliance needs. He is very knowledgeable but most important is honest and trustworthy. We had our gas stove and freezer repaired and are very happy with great results and that saved us money.
