Unfortunate, used to use this company. Girl on the phone just shrugged me off. Needed an ice maker and pump connected. She told me “we don’t work on appliances”. They have serviced my hot water heater and also told me they install water filtration systems. Guess if you can’t get past the person that answers the phone it’s a no go. When I was getting my water heater flushed, the gentleman was telling me they “install” water filtration systems, but was a bit complex going from outside of house to inside. So again unfortunate that I could not get my under-counter ice maker connected because that seems to be outside the scope of work….

Quick turnaround; great service and no complications! Very responsive in providing feedback - our tech was in route no this most recent call and hit heavy traffic; their dispatch contacted us to let us know and provide an updated ETA

This is a wonderful company on time very professional they came out the next day after I called to check to see if I had blocked pipes came out on time. They did check all 4 clean outs This is my third time using Halo Plumbing
