Came in for an issue about my laptop not booting up properly. The issue was diagnosed pretty quickly: my current Harddrive was 97% full and could not properly start up, my data was moved to a bigger hard drive, reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 11, and even cleaned the laptop. Hip did the impossible in finding a replacement screen for my MacBook Pro, as everyone else I called either didn't answer the phone and or didn't return my call. The only one that did return my call said that they were unable to do it. However, not only did Hip answer the call, which is rare these days, he assured me that while it would be difficult, especially concerning the shipping, he would absolutely be able to do it. Suffice it to say, H Power Computing just got a new very satisfied customer for life!!! Thank you!!!
