Following the ice storm, and prolonged power outage that came with it, I had a slow leak that resulted in the bottom flooring of a sink vanity getting water saturated and leading to mold/mildew that needed promptly addressed (the vanity unfortunately only had a MDF board bottom flooring on the inside cabinet). Guthrie's was the only company who was able to fit me in the week I called, in order to do the initial removal of the water damaged/mold impacted areas to prevent further damage. I worked with Clayton, and he communicated throughout the process, doing a great job documenting the initial removal of the impacted areas of the vanity floori... I found Clayton honest and very communicative in answering all my questions. In general, I found everyone I communicated with to be very nice and helpful. I am very thankful for the work Clayton was able to do as it prevented the water damage from spreading to the dry wall, which could have resulted in costly mitigation and further repairs if it had not been prevented.
