I had a great experience with the technician who came to repair my washer today. Curtis was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the issue and solution. It’s rare to see such strong communication skills paired with a warm attitude. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this company.
After our home warranty company sent out techs from a different appliance repair company and we experienced the worst service possible, we then turned to Guinco, who sent out technician Roger. Roger did absolutely everything possible to repair our oven. He was thorough, professional, and clearly committed to finding a solution. He carefully diagnosed the issue, replaced multiple parts, tested numerous components, and even called the JennAir tech line multiple times to troubleshoot before determining the oven was unfortunately not repairable. Even though it couldn’t be fixed, we truly appreciated his persistence, honesty, and considerate cha... I just wanted to brag on your tech, Chris. We went through our warranty company to have our KitchenAid stove, looked at because one of the elements wasn’t working correctly. He was so thorough and did an amazing job diagnosing, and ultimately fixing, the problem. He was very professional, personable, and just an all-around nice guy. If we ever need service on our KitchenAid appliances again, we will definitely use your company.
