Guayacan Home Improvement quickly responded to my inquiries and were on my property, inspecting my roof within two days of outreach. The quote they gave was not the cheapest of all the roofers I contacted, but their assessment was the most thorough, addressing issues that no one else did, particularly in regards to gutter concerns that I’ve had. They scheduled the work straight away, materials were shipped to the property by a friendly outfit, and the job (stripping the old roof, replacing rotted fascia boards, installing aluminum drip edge, rebuilding portico, installing new roof, plus minor repairs to spots on garage roof) was totally done... I had the pleasure of collaborating with this team on two separate projects. First, they installed stunning siding, and later returned to replace the roof on the same building. I can’t imagine a Burlington area contractor that has provided the level of skill, professionalism, reliability and quality of work that we experienced in working with the Guayacan Home Improvement company. After Luis Caguana and his team did an extraordinary job for us in completing a small deck project this spring, we engaged them to undertake a complete roof replacement for our Burlington home in summer 2025. From the initial planning of the project until its successful completion we found the Guayacan team to be knowledgeable, skilled and timely in explaining and performing the various elements of the work. Guayacan is a family business...
