Brady, the owner of Guardian, is fair, kind and honest. I asked him about the few bad reviews I saw on him. Please understand that there are always two sides to every story. I believe his side to each one. One of the complainers never heard from Guardian because one of Brady's guys LOST their number! OK, so a mistake...but an honest one. We all make mistakes. Left dirt piles at every hole, ordered 3 gates & only got 2 leaving a path to a dead end. They won't finish their work unless we pay for more half ask work. MEMBER OF THE GUARDIAN ZERO STAR CLUB :)

I'm very happy with our fence. It took a few weeks for them to come out to the house, but in all fairness, it was in the middle of summer when many people wanted to complete house work. The fence looks great and the price was very fair. I'd recommend Guardian.

One of my employees picked up supplies totaling $67.00 - My technician didn't give me invoice (I'm in Michigan). Henry Francis - think owner of this Guardian, reached out to inquire and emailed invoice to me on February 25th - He stated that paying with credit card would be additional charge (common). Less then 30 days go buy and I get threatening email stating that I'm on his "Wall of Shame" and that he's going to tell all other fencing companies that my company doesn't pay it's bills. Been getting materials from Guardian since 2013 - Guess ending business relationship of $67.00 is worth it?

No call, no show. Had to go with another company.

My parents got a fence with this company. Less then 4 months later they are having issues with the gate not opening. My parents called for them to come out and take a look. They said they would be out no call no show several times. My parents have called them several times since and they won't come fix it. Next step is to sue them. I suggest they get in contact with me immediately. My parents spent almost 4K of their hard earned money and put trust in this JOKE of a company.. They are a rip off and they are about to pay dearly for screwing my parents over. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HOME AND MONEY.

Brady and the rest of the team were responsive and friendly. The fence is solid and well-placed. No complaints.
