Im part of the Loyalty club and they do a HVAC checkup on my system twice annually and have helped me to catch a few minor issues before they became huge projects. On this most recent visit, Joe came out to provide great recommendations and also great service. I have called them out before and they were very responsive even though it was very late in the evening they were able to come out first thing in the morning. I even had them to clean a dryer vent that was blocked and preventing my dryer from operating correctly (dryers need to breathe properly to ope...I have been using GSM for quite a few years now and they have always been good to me. I’ve had a great experience with GSM. The sales person (Tim) was great! Their pricing is very transparent, which is difficult to come across in this industry. Tim also submitted a rebate request with Duke Energy on our behalf. We have been very happy with our new HVAC system. We compared their quotes to others. While we ended up paying more than we anticipated and more than others quoted, we felt their warranties gave us a peace of mind that was difficult to pass up.
A technician was out today to perform preventive maintenance. He did a great job. Two very respectful, courteous, young men arrived on time, after sending me a text alerting me to their arrival window.
No surprises they kept me updated every step of the way. They respected my home. I don't think I've ever heard so many yes ma'am and thank you ma'am in a long time. We had a new HVAC system by the time our dinner was ready. 100% recommend GSM!
