I am so happy with my experience shopping, pricing, and ordering exterior doors with GSI Complete Glass. Beth Williams, in particular, showcased top-shelf customer service. She fielded every question, idea, and request with both speed and grace. I felt like I was a priority client, and I am so happy to stay local and support a Deer Park business. We will absolutely be recommending and using GSI in the future.

Filed an online insurance claim for a cracked windshield on July 3, selecting GSI as my repair shop. No communication from them until July 21, when my insurance co contacted them after numerous times, requesting they contact me to set up appointment or I would be selecting another repair shop. I was then given an appointment by Beth for the 26th at 1:00 pm. Showed on time for the appointment to be told the windshield wasn’t in yet; no call to notify me of this. Was told by a nice gentleman that he’d call me when it arrived. Later that day, he left vm with appointment time for next morning. I called back to accept and spoke to the owner, Brian... I called back to accept and spoke to the owner, Brian, about the lack of communication and delay. He stated he felt the problem was Beth was waiting for the customer to contact GSI after filing online insurance claim instead of contacting the customer as soon as the claim paperwork was received by them. Brian was very understanding, respectful and helpful with this situation. Upon completion of windshield installation, I was handed my car keys, thanked and that’s when Beth asked to make a copy of my insurance card (not in the beginning or before the repair started). I did not receive any kind of completion paperwork or windshield installation instructions upon completion so was completely unaware of black tape removal and leaving the windows down for 24 hours. Had to read that on Google after I’d removed the tape. Two of the four staff there were very nice and helped make the situation more comfortable.
