I decided to call Grout Masters after seeing a truck while driving. The guy that came out to give me a quote was really nice and informative. He was on time for the appointment and took his shoes off when he stepped in the door. The real surprise is the contractor was just as nice and pleasant. The work they did in my bathroom makes my heart smile. NO MORE MOLD. Great job!
We were very pleased with our grout restoration in our shower! Jason and his partner were professional, detail oriented and made our shower look brand new. We would recommend Groutmasters to anyone looking to refresh their bathroom/home.
The bottom line is I was very happy with the result. The large area of tile they cleaned and the grout they sealed – kitchen, entrance way, breakfast room and bathroom - had been pretty neglected but cleaned up beautifully and now looks fabulous. The technician who did the work was good - experienced, conscientious and communicated well. However, the process itself, from initial contact through work completion, was not smooth. Communication with the office and the execution of the work itself were sometimes chaotic and not very professional, enough to make me nervous throughout the process.
$650 down the drain. Shady business. Save yourself the trouble and do not hire them. The sales team is misleading and borderline scammers. I had to go through hell with them to get them to do what I seeked them out for. The results are not as good as I would have hoped but that’s another story. I reached out and I asked them if they could cleand AND seal my tile. They said they can do that and they literally said “we will make it right”. When the tech did the work they did not seal the tile so I had to call them and text them multiple times afterwards in order to get on the same page with them. The owner came to take a look at my tile and he tried to gaslight me into thinking that the type of tile I have requires no sealing. Why didn’t they tell me that from the start when I sent them pictures of the tile? Overall, the experience has been horrible and they do not seem like they know what they’re doing. I regret hiring them and I’m upset I wasted my money with them.
The work was amazing! The gentlemen that came to do the work were quite courteous ! We were more than pleased by the work they performed will use them again and would recommend anyone that need their floor maintained. I have attached a picture. Looks like it did when we built our home in 2001!!!!!
