I have a 50 pound puppy who chewed the zippers off of two of my large sectional backrest. Wayne replaced the zippers and returned to me in 1 day! And his price was 3x’s lower than the other estimate from a different upholstery repair shop. Nice guy, great work, they look new.

I went to Wyne to do my dining chair upholstery. He is a pretty good person but he is not a professional. He gave me a quote for how much it will cost me to finish the job so, I agreed and put a down payment to order the materials he needs.The problem was all fabric and other parts were already on his hand, but he never call me and it took me like 4 different calls in the whole 2 months to fix my chair. Where, he could of told me that he was busy so I can move along. Not a very professional.
Wayne may be a nice guy but professional and honest he is not. I went in to discuss with Wayne a piece I needed to get redone. He sent me on a side trip to get the piece appraised. When I contacted him again to discuss getting the work done he asked me to send him pictures of the piece. I followed those instructions, he told me he would call me with a estimate. I waited a week, no response. I called him again and asked if he had reviewed the photos. His answer was yes, he would have to look at them again and would call me back. He never called. This was poor professionalism. If the job was too complicated or too hard that's what you sho... Wayne may be a nice guy but professional and honest he is not.
