Stellar customer service. A big shout out to Bradley!!! I called the office they put me in touch with the field supervisor who met me at the job. The issue ended up being unrelated to the new roof work but Bradley took care of the missing vent cap anyway. He went above and beyond to address my needs. We recently had our entire roof replaced by Gresham Roofing, and the experience was excellent. Their quote was competitive, service was prompt and professional, and the project finished right on schedule. The roof looks fantastic! We had a small communication hiccup, but it was resolved quickly and fairly. Jason, Jeremy, and Bradley were all wonderful to work with.
