Frank and his team are awesome! They replaced the entire roof of our building in downtown Stamford and it looks beautiful. Frank and his team came out to look at my roof within a day of my request. He was extremely knowledgeable as he explained every aspect of the roof replacement. When we decided to move forward with the roof replacement the crew came out and finished the job expeditiously. I was concerned about shingles after a wind storm and was referred to Greenwich Roofs by my brothers. Frank sent a drone technician to do initial an inspection, reported results and encouraged us to contact our insurance company. He got a crew over and got the roof tarped before the next rain event. Frank was able to determine roof age, installation defect vs wind damage, what was and was not covered by warranties and insurance.
Frank shepherded us through the whole insurance claim process and demonstrated greater knowledge of the insurance adjustment process than the adjuster!

We woke up in the middle of the night to our vinyl siding being torn off the house by a wind storm.
