It's a dump. What do you expect? I've been to a few in my day and the bar is set pretty low for a place where you dump waste and trash. My only complaint is with the front office's mannerism. We sat on the scale for 10 minutes while we watched through the small window staff shoot the breeze. When we got off the scale they ran out hollering they didn't get the weight. Well, if everyone wasn't busy talking then they should have been able to do their job. Sarah was very unprofessional and complained that we didn't wait long enough, yet on the second time thru three trucks took less than 15 second each to weigh. WARNING!! They try to scam you. Here is what happened to me. If you tell them you will need it for a week.. they won't pick it up unless you initiate a call.. then 2 months later they will call and try to charge you a ton of money because you didn't call. Yes they hide this in the initial invoice. Because you told them how long on the front end verbally they will scam you on the back end. Put everything in writing with these scammers. NOW THEY ARE GOING TO DUMP MY GARBAGE AT THE CUSTOMER SITE because I refuse to get scammed by these folks.
