I called with an issue with my iPhone in the morning, saw him that afternoon and after about 30 minutes left with my problem solved, as well as some info on a battery issue with my husband’s phone and advice on what to do about my home printer. All for a very reasonable price. In addition, he saw my husband the next afternoon to help with his email and didn’t charge him for his help.
