Once again this company does not disappoint! We called the day after Christmas and spoke to Karina, and she immediately found someone to assist us. The technician Doug P. was prompt, informative and friendly. The issue we had was fixed and our a/c was up and running in a few short hours. Every experience we've had with this company has been wonderful. We would highly recommend them. Thank you Green Cooling Solutions for exceptional service!
Doug P. showed up on a Sunday—after a stressful few days with my son in the hospital—and we truly thought the heat was going to take us out. He was unbelievably kind, professional, and helpful. We’ll absolutely be using Green Cooling Solutions for preventative maintenance moving forward. Highly recommend!
I’ve been super happy with Green Solutions from the installation and all of through the servicing visits. They have always been friendly, professional , and arrive exactly when they said they were going to. William did a great job today fixing the unit and was very thorough making sure it was running like a Swiss watch before leaving. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone looking for a top notch A/C company.
