HORRIBLE SERVICE !! THEY GAVE ME MY COMPUTER BACK TWICE WITHOUT DOIN WHAT I ASKED. ALSO CHARGED ME THE FIRST TIME. I ASKED THEM TO FIX MY COMPUTER FANS FROM RUMBLING. THEY DID NOTHING BUT MADE THEM EVEN MORE LOUD & ANNOYING . LAPTOP HAS 5 MISSING SCREWS I HAVE NEVER TOOK THIS THING APART. THESE GUYS PUSHED MY USB PORTS INTO MY LAPTOP THEN IN STORE TRIED TO TELL ME THAT HOW THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE. SINCE WHEN DOES A COMPUTER COMPANY FINISH THERE WORK LIKE THIS ? JUST A HORRIBLE SERVICE

Awesome team, I called them asking about a broken external monitor we need fixed at work and they gave some helpful advice. Turns out Ohio requires manufacturers to provide a 1 year warranty on devices so I can reach out to the supplier to fix the problem instead of paying for a repair. I'll be coming to this team when I have any problems in the future!
