I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now. Jim has always been great. Fixed my Dyson a couple times, got a great deal on a refurbished Kirby that I now LOVE. It’s just a great local business. I’ll keep coming back

We have had a Dyson V8 at my business for four years. It started acting up, so I took home for my husband to evaluate it, but I forgot to bring home the charger. He couldn't solve the problem and said that it may be electrical. So I took the Dyson to this shop, but with the charger this time. The gentleman there said that he may or not be able to fix it. After a few days, I received a call saying the the Dyson was a well cleaned "door stop." I came to pick up the machine and pay the reasonable fee of $20 for the labor. I was offered the opportunity to bring it back for him to use parts from the vacuum instead of filling a land fill. Instead...

This guy is very personable. The prices were way less that what I normally pay. I have a 1950's Brother sewing machine. They went above and beyond to make it work.
