Fernando is extremely knowledgeable and his team did fantastic work for us. What started as a blocked downspout turned into a significantly more complicated project once our family learned that our home never had any appropriate drainage installed for storm runoff! A disappointing thing to learn during weeks of heavy rain and flooding. Fernando and his crew were fantastic - transparent, hardworking, and professional. Everything was explained in simple terms, they showed up when they said they would, and they even let us shave off a big chunk of the bill by letting us dig most of what needed digging out ourselves. I got another quote from a large company. Slick presentation, totally different vibe, and they wanted to do something different that would have been more invasive, more expensive, and didn't really make sense to me. I'm glad I trusted my gut and went with Gravity. I fully recommend these guys!

I really enjoyed working with Fernando and crew. I had an annoying situation where the builder had installed multiple pumps outdoors to a catch basin to get pumped to the sewer by yet another pump. When that last pump failed last year all hell broke loose and my basement flooded. I contacted Fernando to figure out a better system and I felt really on the same page with him with the solution. He was responsive with my questions and his crew was really prompt and hardworking and did a great job putting my backyard back as they found out (removing and carefully reinstalling pavers for example).
