They’ve finished one of two bathroom renovations for me (the second awaiting demolition by my GC). Ralph & his 3-man crew are quick, highly skilled and creative, and Ralph checks in with me several times during the job to make sure I’m happy with their work and all details are to my liking.
Can't give enough praise to this Father/Son team and the professionalism and personal attention we were given to complete our floor project. We requested specific times to meet our needs and they came through!! Coordinating multiple contractors can be such a challenge here in the Northeast part of our country and this company is genuine and are true specialists in the industry. Ralph custom created our threshold, and it looks beautiful. Dan was their employee who did the majority of the work and he was a perfectionist and did a superb job. Highly recommend Ralph and Vinnie and we certainly would hire them again and we'll be sure to recomm... Ralph and team remodeled my bathroom. I gave them a very strict deadline to have the project completed. Not only were they professional and on-time, the bathroom tile work is so very beautiful. I highly recommend them for your job.
Ralph and his team are a pleasure to do business with! They renovated my master bath and took care to ensure the tiles and new fixtures worked seamlessly with the existing vanity and shower stall. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the work!!
We hired Ralph to redo the bathroom in our 2nd home. From start to finish, Ralph was excellent to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way and did an excellent job. Throughout the project, Ralph and his team kept the work area clean and professional. On day 1, he installed paper protection on our floor from the front door all the way to our bathroom. We made a few changes mid-project and instead of just jacking up the price for a change, Ralph showed us where the changes in material offset labor costs and he was able to honor the original quote. He is honest, his costs are reasonable and we are very happy with the result... We hired Ralph to redo the bathroom in our 2nd home. From start to finish, Ralph was excellent to work with. He is honest, his costs are reasonable and we are very happy with the results. I also have to add - at the same time, we were having a bathroom remodeled at our main home in Southern New Hampshire. The contractor we hired was terrible. They destroyed our floors and played number games with the quote and final costs. Tiles were installed crooked and edges were not caulked where they should have been. They also left me with a ton of construction trash that I had to dispose of outside of my normal residential trash pick up. Gravallese tile is NOT this kind of contractor. He is an honest professional who cares about his jobs and his customers. I highly recommend him.
