Had a wonderful experience with the guys at Grand Rapids Macs. Originally quoted over $650 from the guys at best buy/apple care for the screen on my macbook pro to be fixed and these guys were able to do it for $250! Very affordable and will be coming back again. Also awesome vibes with the turntable and records playing.

Over the last 3 years I have had multiple phone repair needs between myself and my kids. Pricing is good and most of all they go above beyond to get our phones fixed in a timely manner. Employees there have great customer service and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Grand Rapids Macs!

Grand Rapids Macs saved me $800!! The Apple Store quoted $900 to repair my daughter's water damaged MacBook Air—basically the price of a new unit—or $300 if we had Apple Care, which we didn't. Kevin had it fixed in 24-hours for $101 out the door. AWESOME!!
