I cannot say enough about my experience with this company. During a recent family hardship, my mother was scammed by a refrigerator repair person. When we realized we were scammed we called Gowen (who we should have called first, but my mother was not thinking clearly). The technician was empathetic and did his best to correct the problem. Super cool guy. They had to order a part and when he came back, he realized the scammer guy really did a number on our fridge and he could not fix it. Instead of trying to milk us for more money, he advised just buying a new one. I got the feeling that a less reputable company would have tried to just get m...I cannot say enough about my experience with this company.
