I am a teacher, so I didn't have the money for repairs until my car completely died. Through the website, I applied for credit and was able to take my car to Gosine's Auto Repair. They communicated frequently, worked quickly to get my car running, and followed up soon after. I am very pleased and relieved that they were able to fix my car. I will definitely use them again and recommend their services to others!
I called before hand and the customer service owner told me what it could be and said to bring it on by. We dropped it off, and she called me with updates and told me what the car needed and what the exact price would be. It was in and out in just a couple hours with new tires and a 4 wheel alignment. My car drives so smooth now. A GREAT place to get your repairs! Great prices! Will definitely go back for all of my repairs.
I called and they said they would have the tire I needed. I came to the shop and nobody was around. Someone finally came up to the front, and said they don't have the size I need, and then offered a completely different sized tire and said "it will work". Heads up, you do NOT want different sized tires on one vehicle. The only good thing i can say is they were nice on the phone.
The worst company I have seen. Would never refer this company to do anything. Came in and the lady was very rude very impatient trying to make me rush to her liking!
They were able to do my inspection right away, it didn't take as long as I thought it would either.
