Went for Emissions test 15 minutes before close. Didn't have my form. They gave me the form, I filled it out, I was done and driving away 5 minutes before they closed. Couldn't be happier.

⭐️ I had an appointment for a basic oil change, and it ended up taking an hour and a half. There was no communication about delays until I asked, at which point I was told they had 3 mechanics and 16 vehicles. If you’re going to schedule appointments, customers should be given a realistic time estimate or at least an update when things are running behind. An oil change with an appointment shouldn’t take this long without explanation.
