I have been taking our vehicles here for years....well not anymore! This last 2 times we have taken a vehicle to Goolsby, some type of service issue has to be addressed by what the employees have done to one of our vehicles. Even brought up to their attention, one instance was "We'll catch up the next time you're in ". And this last time, they have put several extra screw holes in my diesels airbox when replacing the engine air filter... Needless to say we will NEVER going back... Edit: Update: It's been several months and no one at Goolsby has called to try and make any of this right or apologize for losing our business.

Went to see what was wrong with my A/C and they told me it was the whole A/C system which was gonna cost $1500. I bought the kit and went to another mechanic to put on and that wasn’t the problem at all. Blend Door Actuator was the problem the whole time. Lied and just want your money.
