Worst repair and warranty service ever. we filed our claim in February of this year and at the beginning of December Spencer's finally just gave us a credit to get a new washer. The office has horrible customer Service. The repair person did not show up Three times and a forth time went to the wrong address. They supposedly ordered parts and call to come out when the part was there and then call back to reschedule because the parts were not there all of the sudden . RUN from Goldwing! If you’re reading this because you have a warranty and Goldwing you’re probably think man there’s a lot of bad reviews. I’ll try to keep it short- first phone call in August 2023- just now on Jan 31st 2024 I got my fridge replaced. 2 different Goldwing techs, 5 total visits and LOTS of phone calls that a part was “on back order” “we ordered the wrong part” “oh sorry the first tech was wrong”. The last day when Frank was here 1/30- he said he had to get gas for a tool and my food was left out for hours, when he left he left behind a stack of other clients invoices (with their contact info) and his work laptop. I am so frustrated. They lack basic customer service skills of being polite and responsive. Spencer's TV and Appliances use them for warranty work and it is disappointing. I have three teenage boys and parts have been on order for weeks. I can't even get a decent phone call with a status update. Buyer beware!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Did not use this company the second time by choice as it was a warranty issue. First time was also warranty issue. Bought our appliances from Spencer’s and the first month our washer broke, two months out dryer broke. It took goldwing 9 months to finish the repair on the washer, shorter on dryer.
Then back in January our 1 year old microwave breaks, the warranty makes us use this company. They came out in February to diagnose 3 weeks after the call. They’re there for 10 min and left. Never heard back from them. We called to get and update and was told they would call back. 2 weeks later we call again. Same...If I could leave zero stars I would. Still not repaired.. still same run around.. call twice a week and keep getting told they are waiting on parts. Unbelievable!!
