Worst repair ever. I could have done it better myself. It was simple staple/glue job and he couldn't even do that. After forgetting about fixing them on time, extending pick up 2 more days I got my shoes looking worse then before I dropped them off. Only thing I regret is that I asked my husband to picked them up for me and he is way to nice of a guy to say anything. I would if make that guy re- do my shoes or give my money back!!! Probably money because I wouldn't trust him to do any better job then he already did!! and I wouldn't want him to mess up my favorite shoes even more.
