Rick was fantastic! He was the only one who would replace the batteries on my Tag and Omega watches in this area. He did it while we waited and was fast! He has lots of experience with high end watches and jewelry. We will be going back to have some custom pieces made! Thanks so much Rick!

I purchased a necklace for my daughter and a gold cross pendant for Christmas. I had to take the necklace and have it repaired 2 weeks ago . The young man who I dealt with kept the pendant said he would make a note of it. I went to pick the necklace up a week later ( no pendant). When I asked about the pendant a different man said he would check the cameras to see. Now all of a sudden not returning phone calls or nothing. I will never spend another penny with this store. Unprofessional and bad business.
