We had a wood burning fireplace for years. Although we loved it, we were ready to have a fireplace we didn't have to clean and was easy to start. The employees were all very helpful and knowledgeable from the showroom floor to the installation. The new look of our fireplace is amazing!
What a fantastic experience from start to finish . Pat was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. He gave such insightful ideas and was very knowledgeable about every step of the process . The entire team was A+ Taylor Roger the mason guy too - phenomenal! It was a big investment in a focal point of my home and it turned out beautifully changing the whole feel of the room! Thank you Pat and Team !
Our 25+ year old gas insert desperately needed replacement. We visited Glowing Hearth & Home and Pat showed us the options they had. We decided on the Heat & Glo SlimLine Series and went as far as removing a row of brick so we could fit the SL7X in the opening. It looks great and we could not be any happier. Pat was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and got what we wanted. I highly recommend Pat and the staff at Glowing Hearth & Home.
