If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! I went in around early morning, the lady at the counter was super nice. I needed the screen to my iPad fixed, so I dropped it off and she called me a few hours later to come and pick it up! The price is very fair in my opinion!! They do great work!! Thanks Global Mobile!!

I dropped my laptop off a week ago with the promise of it being fixed within the next couple days when the tech returned on Wednesday. My laptop still has not been fixed and I'm getting the runaround. I would like my deposit back.

I brought my phone in because it wouldn’t charge past 1%. The staff assumed it was a battery problem and replaced the battery, but when that didn’t fix it, they said it was likely the charging port. Since their technician wouldn’t be available for a week, they handed my phone back as I couldn’t wait that long. The moment it was returned to me, I noticed screen lines that were not there before. My phone now had brand new screen damage on top of the original charging issue. I immediately went to Charlie’s Platinum Wireless, where they confirmed it was the charging port all along, and now the screen also had to be replaced because of the damag... What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a much bigger, more expensive problem. Be warned: this shop not only failed to fix the original issue, but actually made my phone worse. I left with two problems instead of one.
