I brought a rebuilt transmission for my van after receiving it when the job was completed I notice it was shaking like it was about to fall out. Took it back they told me it was my coolent system I took it someplace and got it fix. It still was shaking and making noise. Put it in reverse it was terrible. After returning it again I met JR he was more pleasant and attentive. He listen to me and reassure me he would call me as soon as he knows whats the problem and he did. Fix it and it sounds like a truck suppose to sound. No shaking. Thank you JR you are awesome. Your politeness and customer services is outstanding. Keep up the good work. Good price, very good communication, professional, quality product, great work, and they were apologetic that my transmission was delayed due to the manufacturer waiting on a backordered part, however, I am in purchasing & procurement and I understand that Global Supply Chain issues are to be expected. If you are reading this review as a prospective/potential customer, not in purchasing and procurement, please be aware that there is nothing they can do if the manufacturer is holding up your repair because an OEM part is on backorder. I urge you to be understanding should you find yourself in that situation as they really cannot do anything...Good price, very good communication, professional, quality product, great work, and they were apologetic that my transmission was delayed due to the manufacturer waiting on a backordered part, however, I am in purchasing & procurement and I understand that Global Supply Chain issues are to be expected. I urge you to be understanding should you find yourself in that situation as they really cannot do anything about it...and it is not all that common of an occurrence...other than that one caveat concerning backordered parts, they did a great job. I would recommend them to other friends and businesses. Thank you for great service across the board!

Working with Steven has been a great experience! Brought him my Jeep after another transmission shop AND a Jeep dealership unsuccessfully tried to install and program my transmission. Steven immediately figured out the problem and worked with the part supplier to get a new transmission delivered & installed. He has been very helpful and communicative from the beginning! Definitely a life saver!

My husband dropped off my van at this location on Tuesday 10/21 to have a small trans leak fixed.
1. The communication is unacceptable, we didn’t hear from them for 2 days and had to call to get an update and price.
2. they quoted us $300 and ended up charging my husband $440 when he arrived at the shop.
3. They dinged the drivers side door on something, didn’t tell us and just pretended it didn’t happen. Luckily the white was able to buff out but now there are a series of deep scratches on my door.
So unhappy with this place and will take my business elsewhere if needed.
