We had to have some body work done and brought it in for an estimate. Every single person we encountered was smiling, friendly, and helpful. We were able to drop the car off a few days later, and once again the customer service was wonderful. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be. The work was great and they had almost mini detailed the interior of my car for me. They left it in much better shape than when I dropped it off. They do excellent work and are all so pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Great family owned business who communciates so well and does a great job. My car looks brand new and they fixed it quickly. There's no one else we would use in Berks County than Glass & Sons. Super easy to work with and does great work!

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but my experience with this repair shop was incredibly upsetting, especially during an already difficult time in my life. After everything that happened with my Jeep, I trusted this shop to fix it correctly — but when I picked it up, it felt like nothing had been done. What truly broke me was realizing just how unsafe their work was. The windshield was installed so poorly that wind rushed into the car while driving. Took vehicle for front Bumper repair, first time picking the car up gaps where not correctly aligned they install a scratch trim piece. Took the vehicle a second time to correct the issues and side bumper gaps were not fixed and now the front bumper liner on the left side is loose cause did not install the clips correctly.
