Had a windshield replaced on my 2024 f-350, and they did a fantastic job! They got me in within a day and a half and had the truck ready in 3 hours. Very happy with the work and customer service here! Would definitely recommend!
They overcharged me and made a giant mess of my RV. I was deployed in a volunteer disaster relief camp in Omaha and needed my windshields re sealed in my RV as they were coming loose. They quoted me $1,000, so one would assume that's going to take care of it. Fast forward to the repair day. They applied about 1/2 of the sealant that was required but did not use primer so nothing stuck. My 3 year old niece could have laid a better caulk line. They left adhesive fingerprints and tracks all over the inside and outside of my RV and the entire repair failed on my 1,000 mile journey back home. Unacceptable from beginning to finish. Scheduling with Glass Doctor was very easy. Staff was friendly and completed the job quicker than expected. I was impressed with the one year warranty offered on rock chips following a replacement.
Great family owned company. They are very knowledgeable in getting the right glass for my commercial space. I also had a piece of glass installed and noticed it was cracked. They ordered a new piece and installed it no questions asked and no hassle. Highly recommend them
The glass doctor fixed the glass in my door that had been covered with wood for probably 25 years. The staff are the most professional and wonderful people. They made the process so easy. The quality of work was top-notch and they were very helpful and friendly. Kris to Mike wee both great And efficient.
