Poor work, customer service and management. We hired glass doctor to fix a cracked window and this is what we got(see phots). Caulk left on the glass, frame and window sill. When a technician came out they replaced the window and used about half a jar of caulk and told my wife just to paint over it to make it look better. I emailed the company and the manager agreed that it looked terrible and said he would have someone come out to take the window to repair it and he would have it back to us in a day or two. When the second technician came to get the window for repair he was insistent that it wasn't their works fault but that we just had "old... Poor work, customer service and management. When the second technician came to get the window for repair he was insistent that it wasn't their works fault but that we just had "old windows" After 4 days I did not get any updates about our window and only had a storm window in place that could easily be moved if someone wanted to break into our house. I had to reach out to them myself just to get a response and they finally returned it to us. No apology, refund, discount or anything. The whole one-day process took about a week and a half to repair. I'd recommend anyone just work with a local repair shop to get a more personal response as we shortly found out this is a chain that seems to hire people with no experience.
Glass Doctor replaced a giant glass table top that I had destroyed. Their pricing was the best of four companies I contacted, the table top came in quickly, and most of all the service was amazing. Ben and Bryce removed the old glass and reset the new glass. They were so careful about making sure the glass was centered on the base (measuring it to the centimeter) and cleaning it off. I was so grateful. Thank you Ben and Bryce!
