Information on google says it opens @0800 and I got here after it opened. On top of all this I was told by my boss to take it here to get the rock chips on the windshield of a vehicle to get it fix. When I got here and told the guy that I was told to bring the vehicle here to fix the chips on the windshield but he gave me an attitude like I should not have been there even though it is after 0800, 15 minutes after the hour. He asked me that I was not supposed here until 0930 to get work done and also stated that this is not the vehicle to be replaced the windshield. Then he said, “I’m telling you to only after 0930 and doesn’t matter what anyone else says”, but it doesn’t reflects on what they post in the lobby of their business. His demeanor and tone towards me says it all. If this person’s attitude is like this, I would not do business with this company and go somewhere else where they treat customers with better respect, courtesy and dignity. Your attitude and demeanor will not bring you customers.
I needed to replace the back window of my Honda CR-V. I called Speedy Glass, SafeLite, and Glass Doctor. The Glass Doctor was able to make the repair 5 days earlier and at $100.00 less than their competitors. The Glass Doctir also gives a 10% military/veteran discount. Receptionist Blake was pleasant, informative, through, and returned calls. Jason did a great job installing my window and cleaning up the shattered glass within the door. I took my Chevy Silverado pick up in to get a new windshield and the job went as expected. The windshield looked fine. Shortly after I picked it up, I realized that my windshield washers were no longer working. They’re connected to the windshield wipers itself. They were working fine when I took it in. I called the company and they told me that it was nothing that they could’ve done and basically just said tough luck. It may or may not have been something they did, but they should’ve at least offered to take a look at it. I would recommend someone looking for a new windshield to go elsewhere.
