Had an appointment on Tuesday they called that morning and cancelled since they can't do recalibration without clean roads. Today my husband and I took time off and went in for my appointment only to be told they needed to cancel and reschedule again because you can't see two lines on the road. No call, just let us show up. The person in the office apologized and said we could get the windshield installed but would have to come back for calibration for another 45 minute appointment. No offer to reduce the price or any accommodation for our inconvenience. I guess they need perfect road conditions. They came to me to repair a chip last month, which was nice. Unfortunately got another, more significant stone chip that required replacing the windshield. Service was great, and timely. I did have to pay $250. deductible. I didn't shop around so I don't know if thats standard, or completely dependent on my insurance? Just went with the recommendation from my insurance company.
