Awesome business and people. I stupidly dropped my touchscreen laptop on the floor and the entire touch screen popped out and the cables pulled out of the board. Gizmos was the 2nd repair shop I brought it to, as the first one was too uneasy about repairing it due to the touch screen and said the motherboard was probably fried. I let Joe know that I wanted a 2nd opinion and Joe let me know he didn't charge a fee to troubleshoot it (other place that couldn't fix it charged me $40). Incredibly Joe had it diagnosed, then fixed w/in HOURS of dropping it off and was ready to return it to me the same night.... They were even able to save the...Awesome business and people.
