I purchased a floor-model dishwasher from this store and paid extra for installation, but unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. The unit was installed improperly, and the manufacturer had to come out to fix the issue. When it was delivered, the extra kick plate that should have come with it was missing. I was told it would take 4–6 weeks for that part to arrive, but it has now been over two months, and it’s still not installed. Gil’s was super easy to work with and communicate with! Jake was extremely helpful answering all my questions and setting a delivery date. Our washer dryer was back ordered but we were given an estimated date of delivery and everything went according to plan and was on schedule. Highly recommend this local business!

I was in a MAJOR bind when my washer broke right before leaving for vacation. I'm talking mounds of laundry needing to be washed so I'm not wearing crusty pajamas throughout vacation. Jake was extremely helpful in working with me to find a washer that would accommodate my needs, last a long time, and leave me with enough time to wash the piles of clothes that are burying my floor. 10/10 for Jake and Gil's appliance!
