My wife and daughter were driving across the country and had white splatter in their engine bay. Being 1000 miles away I couldn’t do anything but could only guess it was coolant and a possible water pump or hose issue. I called Gille Auto (based on these reviews) and they told me to have her come by and they’d get on it right away, but a water pump would be a day or two (no pump for her Prius in town). My wife said she drove in, popped the hood, and they came out and wiped up some of the splatter with his fingers. Felt it, and asked if they’d hit some big puddles. I can’t tell you how much of a kind act this was. The honesty, consideration, and quick response was a huge blessing for us. Thank you!

Don't buy an engine from here! I bought one with a 105,000 miles spent a lot of money on a business to put it in and to be told the engine is no good. So I wasted 450 on a engine that is absolutely no good and the price of labor for a mechanic to put it in!
That's what they sell people.
