Before I sold my Cincinnati home and moved to Louisville, I had a sliding glass door installed with the mini blinds between the glass and a foot lock for extra security. I loved it, so when I moved to Louisville I ordered another one. Brian and Allen who installed my door were great. They were very professional and they cleaned up and removed all garbage after the installation. I couldn’t ask for better installers. The reason I’m giving Gilkey of Louisville a 3 is because I was promised the door within 6-8 weeks. It was finally installed in 5 months. Gilkey never contacted me on the reason for the long delay. There is a rubber stopper on the top of the door that keeps it from allowing the door all the way. Why wasn't the stopper put at the very end of the door, and why did Gilkey change? I will probably look around at other companies when I need new windows.
