Tried to do business with this company, needed a large window replaced on our home. Called, gave them my info, was told I would get a call back the next day to schedule an in home consultation. Didn't hear back for a week. So I called again, they apologized, said again I would get a call back and never heard from them to this day last call was on May 10th, today is the 27th. Over 3 weeks and not a single call back. And our house, according to Google maps, is only 3 minutes, 1.3 miles away and can't even get someone to do an estimate.

Great business! They were punctual, professional, and very skilled in their installation of very large glass windows they. I would highly recommend Gilbert Glass! installed!

10/10 recommend if you need custom glass cut. I got handed down an odd ball size fish tank, and couldn't buy a glass lid from anywhere that would fit this tank. I gave these guys specific dimensions and they were able to cut it for me by the next day. I bought the plastic pieces that I needed, they didn't supply that, but they did put my plastic pieces on for me even though I wasn't expecting them to. I only gave them my plastic pieces because I wasn't sure what thickness glass they had that would fit the plastic pieces that I had. They even rounded the edges of the glass so I wouldn't cut myself. Replaced the glass in all the windows and skylights in the house. Terrific job, very professional, and reasonably priced. Very happy with the work!
