Laptop needed a quick repair. After being referred to GigaParts by a competitor, I was able to get my computer fixed within 30 minutes for a fraction of the cost quoted by the big blue box store. GigaParts was neat, with plenty to look at while I waited. Most importantly, their employees did a great job. Jaycee was the first to greet and assist me. Tyler at the customer service desk was helpful and the man who did the actual repair was professional and thorough.

My PC was running really hot, so I stopped by to get some thermal paste for $7. I wasn't sure I knew how to install it, so I asked if someone could supervise me while I tried it on the workbench.
One of their guys named Arthur happily walked me through the whole process. He offered to clean the dust out of my computer as well, all completely free of charge. Great, very helpful energy to boot. And now my computer runs 20 degrees cooler!

Neat hobby/computer store. The selection isn't the best but they do show off lots of items so you can see first hand what you're buying rather than in a box. They definitely have lots of empty floor space that could have more product. Their business plan is to have low shelves so you can continuously see the whole building from anywhere. Kind of weird when you could have so much more there with taller shelves.
