We were heading to PC beach on a Friday when our daughter’s alternator belt broke . Gibson’s auto repair put us ahead and got right on fixing the car. We had it back in a couple of hours. We are so grateful to them for helping us so quickly. The employees were knowlegeable and friendly as well.
They got me back to feeling road safe for a great deal in a timely fashion!! Highly recommend very knowledgeable staff!
If you go in there with the desire to get some work done give them the go ahead.... by time I got back home to relax I may of just stayed and waited. I saw the parts coming in as I was waiting for my ride, but I wasn't expecting them to jump on it and be done in about 3hrs... Oil change, rear brakes, rotors and shocks,, RR bushing. I would go back!!
Very rude and unprofessional! Do not acknowledge customers . Very nasty attitude! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I got my keys back and left! They made me feel bad about coming. If I knew they acted like that I would have considered going to the first place I had in mind! Will never have to worry about me anymore!
Best of the best for honesty respect and the absolute amazing service. If you tell them you simply need it cheap and running they will do exactly that but also make sure you know of any issues without scamming you. If you tell them you need your vehicle fixed completely they will do their best to get your issues that are known fixed and find anything else that is a issue and let you know about any future issues. They have been absolutely amazing to me and my personal vehicles along with my company vehicle and I have not once had an issue with them.
